Creative Brief & Kickoff
We begin with a discovery meeting — at your location, our studio, or virtually — to align on your goals, target audience, key messages, tone, and deliverables. We'll review your brand guidelines to ensure every frame reflects your identity. By the end of this session, we'll have a shared vision and a clear project scope.

Script & Storyboard
Our writers develop a script tailored to your message and your audience — direct, engaging, and natural on camera. We pair this with a visual shot plan (storyboard or shot list) so you can see the video in your mind's eye before we ever pick up a camera. We revise until it's exactly right.

Logistics & Scheduling
We handle everything behind the scenes so shoot day runs smoothly. This includes location scouting and site surveys, lighting and technical planning, talent coordination, prop and wardrobe arrangements, permit acquisition, crew scheduling, and equipment confirmation. You'll receive a final walkthrough document before we ever roll on set.
